Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the high-rise corporate offices and medical suites in Iselin?

Accepted Answer

Many deliveries in this city go to multi-story office towers and professional complexes with central security desks. You must provide the company name, floor, and suite number at checkout so the driver can navigate lobby security. This information ensures the flowers reach the correct desk or receptionist in these restricted-access buildings.

Question 2

Will my flowers be hand-delivered or shipped in a box?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to accommodate the mix of busy commercial corridors and dense residential streets. This method allows drivers to navigate tight parking near professional buildings and deliver directly to the door. Including specific entrance instructions for multi-unit complexes helps avoid delays during peak traffic hours.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at an office or secured residence?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient in a secured corporate building or gated property is unavailable, the driver will attempt to leave the arrangement with a lobby attendant or a nearby neighbor. When a specific flower is out of stock, we substitute it with a similar variety of equal value. Providing the recipient’s phone number is the most effective way to resolve access issues at secure professional sites.
