Question 1

How does delivery work for different property types in Sewaren?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries in this area cover both the residential grid and the heavy industrial sites near the waterfront. For industrial or commercial addresses, you must provide the specific gate number or department name at checkout to clear security checkpoints. Accurate building descriptions are necessary because many properties sit on dead-end streets or within secured perimeters.

Question 2

Will my flowers be hand-delivered or shipped in a box?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the narrow residential streets and limited parking found near the Arthur Kill. Hand-delivery ensures the flowers remain upright while navigating the small cul-de-sacs and residential blocks. Providing a porch or side-door preference helps the driver find a stable location for the placement.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, the driver will leave the arrangement in a spot protected from the wind common to this coastal area. When a specific flower is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value that maintains the same color profile. Including a recipient’s phone number is required to resolve access issues at gated industrial entrances or multi-family residences.
