Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the large-scale industrial warehouses and gated office parks in this area?

Accepted Answer

Provide the exact suite number, business name, and loading bay details at checkout to ensure access through security checkpoints. This data is required for the delivery person to reach the correct internal reception desk or office unit. These details prevent the order from being stopped at a main security gate.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential streets and multi-unit housing complexes?

Accepted Answer

Hand delivery is used for all orders to navigate the transition between high-traffic logistics corridors and residential side streets. For multi-unit buildings, provide the specific apartment number or building entry code. This information allows for direct placement at the recipient's door rather than at an unattended main entrance.

Question 3

What happens if a delivery cannot be completed at a secured site or if a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not present at an industrial site or secured building, we contact them by phone to arrange a direct hand-off. When a specific flower is out of stock, it is replaced with a variety of equal value. Providing a recipient phone number reduces failed attempts caused by restricted access at gated warehouse facilities.
