Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the various types of buildings in Colonia?

Accepted Answer

This suburban area has several large senior living communities that require specific check-in protocols. You must provide the facility wing and the room number at checkout to ensure access through the main security desk. This detail allows the delivery to reach the recipient inside these managed campuses without delay.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the local suburban layout?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-carried to the door, as the suburban layout here is not suited for boxed shipping. Because many properties have deep front yards or long driveways, we need to know if there is a specific gate code or side entry. These details help us navigate the property and place the flowers exactly where requested.

Question 3

What happens if there is a delivery issue at a local residence?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, we look for a delivery spot that is not visible from the public residential street. When a specific bloom is unavailable, we select a replacement that preserves the overall size and color of the arrangement. Including the recipient’s phone number helps us if a driveway is blocked or a house number is difficult to see from the road.
