Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to large medical campuses or corporate office parks in Woodbridge Township?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the township's multi-building medical campuses and corporate office clusters require a specific wing, suite, or floor number at checkout. This information allows the courier to navigate central reception desks and reach the correct internal department. Providing these details ensures the arrangement is accepted by the building’s designated receiving area or front desk staff.

Question 2

Will my flowers be hand-delivered or shipped in a box?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the township's mix of high-traffic commercial corridors and residential side streets. The courier brings the flowers directly to the door of single-family homes or the main lobby of secured apartment buildings. Specifying a preferred drop-off point, such as a side porch or a specific building entrance, prevents delays caused by limited parking or restricted access.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or the building is secured?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable, the driver looks for a secure location on the property or leaves the item with a neighbor. For deliveries to the township’s gated senior living communities or multi-story residential complexes, the recipient’s phone number is used to coordinate access through secure gates or lobby intercoms. If a specific flower variety is unavailable, a substitution of equal value is used to complete the order on time.
