Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the large corporate centers and medical campuses in Woodbridge?

Accepted Answer

We deliver directly to the central reception desks of multi-story office towers and the main lobbies of medical rehabilitation complexes. At checkout, you must provide the specific floor number, suite, or department name to ensure the driver can navigate building security. These details are necessary because most commercial properties in this area do not allow couriers to access individual work areas or patient rooms directly.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the local mix of detached suburban houses and secured multi-family residential buildings. For homes with shared entryways or restricted gate access, include the entry code or specific door instructions at checkout. This information allows the driver to place the arrangement safely inside a foyer or at a designated package drop-off point.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a resident is not home, the driver will attempt to leave the flowers with a neighbor or in a secure porch area. If a specific bloom is unavailable, it is replaced with a flower of equal value that matches the original shape and color profile. Providing a secondary phone number for the recipient is the most effective way to prevent a failed delivery at gated residences or locked office suites.
