Question 1

How does delivery work for local hospitals, funeral homes, and offices?

Accepted Answer

In Ironton, deliveries to medical plazas or multi-wing clinics are left at the designated reception desk for that specific department. For funeral services in the city's historic converted residential houses, we use side service entrances to avoid disturbing guests. Please provide the specific department name or the name of the viewing chapel at checkout to ensure the driver finds the correct entry point.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered and how does the city layout affect the drop-off?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered by local drivers, as boxed shipping is not used for our arrangements. Because many homes in this area are built on steep hillsides or accessed via narrow ridge roads, please note if the property requires climbing stairs from the street level. These details help us manage parking on narrow lanes and ensure the driver can reach the front door safely.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, we place the arrangement on a porch or with a neighbor if the house is close to the sidewalk. When a specific flower is out of stock, we substitute it with a similar variety that keeps the same shape and color. Including a phone number for the recipient helps the driver navigate properties with long gated driveways or secured apartment vestibules common in the downtown area.
