Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to medical centers and funeral homes?

Accepted Answer

Provide the specific wing or department name for medical campuses and the name of the deceased for funeral services. Our drivers navigate these spread-out properties by using designated service entrances. Accurate suite or room numbers ensure the flowers reach the correct desk within multi-building facilities.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential addresses in this area?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to accommodate properties with long driveways and houses set back from the road. Ensure the house number is visible from the street to avoid navigation delays. Provide details about specific porch or side-door access for homes on larger, open lots.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, we leave the flowers at a covered side door or porch to keep them away from street view. When a specific flower is unavailable, we use a replacement of equal value that matches the color palette. Including the recipient’s phone number helps us confirm the correct drop-off point for homes that are not easily seen from the main road.
