Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals or secured buildings in McDermott?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries are made to residential homes, churches, and single-story community buildings. Enter the house number and any identifying building names at checkout. These details help distinguish between properties that are spread out along the main state routes.

Question 2

Are flowers delivered by hand or in a box in this area?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to the front door to navigate the long, unpaved driveways common in this rural layout. Include gate codes or notes about property access if the house is not visible from the road. This information ensures the driver can move from the road to the porch.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver leaves the arrangement in a shaded spot on the porch or with a neighbor on the same rural road. Providing a recipient phone number helps the driver locate specific houses on shared private access roads. If a specific flower is unavailable, a similar variety is substituted to maintain the delivery schedule.
