Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to medical campuses and professional centers in South Point?

Accepted Answer

Delivery to the sprawling medical campuses and professional centers requires a specific wing name or suite number. These buildings have separate entrances for different departments, so a general street address is not enough. Including the department name at checkout ensures the driver reaches the correct reception desk.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential properties in this area?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to accommodate the variety of residential layouts, from dense riverfront streets to homes with deep setbacks. This method avoids leaving items at the end of long driveways where they are visible from the main road. Include any specific gate codes or driveway instructions to help the driver find the front door.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable, we look for a secure location on the property protected from the wind off the river. For deliveries to the industrial parks or secured business sites, a direct phone number for the recipient is required to coordinate access. If a specific flower is out of stock, we use a similar variety that matches the original size and color.
