Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to hospitals, offices, or funeral homes in Willow Wood?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to local rural churches and small outpatient clinics require a specific room or hall name at checkout. Because many buildings in this area are single-story and spread out, these details help the driver find the correct entrance immediately. This information ensures the arrangement is handed to a staff member rather than being left at an unattended side door.

Question 2

Are flowers delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to accommodate the long gravel driveways and rural property layouts found throughout this area. Hand-delivery ensures the flowers reach the front door rather than being left at a roadside mailbox far from the house. Please provide any specific gate or keypad instructions needed to access private residential lanes.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, the driver will leave the flowers on a sheltered porch or at a side door that is not visible from the main county road. When specific flowers are unavailable, we use seasonal blooms of equal value that maintain the original color palette and size. Including a recipient phone number helps us coordinate access for homes that are set deep back from the street.
