Question 1

How does delivery work for local homes and professional buildings?

Accepted Answer

Most deliveries in this residential village go directly to single-family homes rather than high-rise offices. Provide the house number and any gate codes for properties with fenced perimeters. If sending to a local church or small office, include the specific room or desk location to help the driver find the correct side entrance.

Question 2

Are flowers hand-delivered or sent in a box?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to the front door and are never left in shipping boxes. Because many homes here sit far back from the road with long walkways, drivers carry the flowers directly to the porch. Clear instructions regarding side door access help ensure the delivery is placed in a secure spot away from the street.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is out, the driver looks for a shaded spot on the porch or a side entrance shielded from the sidewalk. If a specific flower is out of stock, a similar variety is used to keep the same size and color palette. Providing a contact number helps the driver locate the front door on properties where house numbers are obscured by mature trees or heavy landscaping.
