Question 1

How does delivery work for offices and residential buildings in Neshanic Station?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to private estates with deep setbacks and professional offices located in repurposed historic buildings. At checkout, provide the specific building name and any entrance instructions for properties with multiple structures or long driveways. This ensures our drivers reach the correct door on large lots where the main house is not visible from the road.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered and how does the area's layout affect drop-offs?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to accommodate the winding rural roads and long private lanes common in this area. Please include gate codes or specific directions if your property is located on a private road or behind a secured entry. This information allows us to deliver directly to the door rather than leaving the arrangement at a distant mailbox or gatehouse.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, we leave the flowers in a sheltered spot away from the road, such as a covered porch or entryway. When a specific flower is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value that maintains the same color and style. Providing a recipient phone number helps us coordinate access for homes tucked behind wooded areas or located on long gravel paths.
