Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the large office parks and medical campuses in Bridgewater?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the city’s sprawling corporate office complexes and healthcare campuses, include the specific building letter, suite number, and department. These sites often have multiple security desks and restricted entry points that require a specific recipient location. These details allow the courier to find the correct reception area rather than being stopped at a general loading dock.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential areas and gated properties in this city?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered by drivers who navigate the suburban residential streets and long driveways common in this area. If the destination is a gated community or a secured building, please provide the gate code or specific instructions for reaching the front door. This helps the driver avoid delays caused by perimeter security or large property layouts.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at a home or professional building?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient at a corporate office is unavailable, the driver will leave the arrangement with the front desk or the building’s mail center. For residential deliveries where no one is home, the driver places the flowers in a secure spot near the front entrance that is hidden from street view. Providing a direct phone number for the recipient helps the driver resolve access issues at secured entrances or large office campuses.
