Question 1

How does delivery work for properties in Alpine?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to private estates or gated properties, include the gate code or the resident's name for the entry intercom at checkout. If the residence has a security kiosk or a specific service entrance, provide those instructions to ensure access to the main house. These details are necessary for navigating large properties with restricted entry points.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to local residences?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to the front door rather than being left at the street or shipped in a cardboard box. This method ensures flowers reach the specific home, even on properties with long private driveways or heavily wooded grounds. Providing instructions regarding circular drives or side entrances helps the driver locate the correct drop-off point.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, flowers are left with estate staff or placed in a secure area behind the property gate. When a specific flower is unavailable, a substitution of the same value is used to maintain the height and volume of the arrangement. Including a phone number for a property manager or a gatehouse helps prevent failed deliveries if the primary resident is unavailable.
