Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to Cresskill apartments and senior living centers?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to secured residential complexes and senior living communities, provide the unit number and any necessary gate or intercom codes. This information allows the delivery person to move past security desks or locked lobby doors to reach the correct entrance. Providing a direct phone number for the recipient helps if building staff requires authorization for entry.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered in this residential borough?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to the recipient's door or office desk to maintain the arrangement's structure. In areas with long driveways or narrow residential streets, the delivery person walks the flowers directly to the front porch. Clear instructions regarding side doors or specific building entrances help avoid delays in more complex residential layouts.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at their residence?

Accepted Answer

If a resident is not home, the flowers are placed in a safe, shaded area near the front door or left with a building concierge. If a specific flower is unavailable, a substitute of the same shape and value is used to complete the design. Providing the recipient's mobile number is necessary to resolve any issues with gated driveways or locked apartment vestibules.
