Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the large medical campus and university buildings?

Accepted Answer

Provide the specific wing, department, or room number for deliveries to the regional medical complex or the university. These campuses have multiple restricted entry points and centralized receiving areas. This information ensures the courier reaches the correct internal reception desk.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to apartments in the commercial center versus residential houses?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to ensure they reach the recipient directly. For apartments located above commercial storefronts, include the specific entry code or side-door location at checkout. For residential properties with long driveways or gated entrances, specify where the courier has permission to leave the order.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not available at a secured senior living facility or corporate office, the courier leaves the flowers with the front desk attendant. When a specific flower is out of stock, a substitution of equal value is used to fulfill the order. Including the recipient’s phone number allows the driver to contact them if they encounter a locked gate or shared entrance.
