Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to different property types in Centerburg?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to residential houses throughout the village and the front desks of local senior care facilities. Provide the specific wing or room number for facility deliveries so we can leave the flowers with the on-site staff. For homes on the outskirts, specify if the house number is located on a gate post or a mailbox at the road.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the village layout?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered rather than shipped in boxes to accommodate the lack of secure apartment lockers or concierge desks in this area. We navigate individual driveways to place items directly at the front door or with a designated receptionist. Providing a gate code for properties with restricted driveway access prevents delivery delays.

Question 3

What happens if a delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, we leave the flowers on a porch or with a next-door neighbor if the property is in the main village cluster. When a specific flower is unavailable, we replace it with a bloom of equal value that maintains the same size and color. Including the recipient’s phone number helps us confirm access for properties located on long rural roads outside the village center.
