Question 1

How does delivery work for homes and gated properties in this city?

Accepted Answer

Many properties in this borough feature gated entrances and long driveways set far back from the main road. Provide the gate code or intercom instructions at checkout so the driver can reach the front door of these large residential estates. These details are necessary to ensure the arrangement is delivered directly to the residence rather than left at a perimeter gate.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered and how does the city's layout affect the process?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to the recipient's door to accommodate the large residential lots and sprawling coastal properties. Because houses are often situated behind security barriers or long private drives, specifying a side door or porch location helps the driver complete the drop-off. This prevents the arrangement from being left in open areas near the street where they are unprotected.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the driver will look for a secure spot protected from coastal winds, such as a covered entryway or a gated vestibule. If a specific bloom is out of stock, it is replaced with a flower of equal value that maintains the style of the arrangement. Providing the recipient's phone number allows the driver to confirm access for properties with high-security perimeters.
