Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to different types of addresses in Saint Paris?

Accepted Answer

This area consists of a central village grid and rural properties with long, private driveways. Provide the house number and specify if the entrance is on a side street or the main thoroughfare. These details are necessary for drivers to locate residences set far back from the public right-of-way.

Question 2

What is the delivery process for homes and businesses in this area?

Accepted Answer

Arrangements are hand-delivered to the door rather than shipped in cardboard boxes. The village layout allows for direct access to porches and storefronts without the need for freight elevators or loading bays. For properties on the outskirts, provide specific instructions if the home is located behind a perimeter gate.

Question 3

What happens if the delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, the driver will place the arrangement on a porch or with a neighbor to prevent it from being left in the middle of an open, flat lot. Providing a recipient phone number allows the driver to confirm the location of rural mailboxes or hidden turn-offs. If a specific flower is unavailable, it is replaced with a bloom of the same size and color to maintain the arrangement style.
