Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to office parks and medical complexes in West Caldwell?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to corporate campuses and professional medical buildings are left at the main reception desk or security station. Provide the suite number and the name of the department to ensure the building staff can route the flowers correctly. Most office buildings here require external deliveries to remain in the lobby for pick-up by the recipient.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential properties and gated communities in this area?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered rather than shipped in boxes to accommodate the suburban residential layouts. For properties with long driveways or gated entries, provide the gate code or specific instructions for where to leave the arrangement if the front door is not accessible. This helps avoid delays caused by restricted driveway access.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If a resident is unavailable, the driver looks for a shaded area near the front entrance that is shielded from the street. If a specific flower is unavailable, a substitute of equal value is used to maintain the arrangement's size and color. Including a secondary phone number for the recipient helps us resolve access issues if we encounter a locked gate or a secured office lobby.
