Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to offices and secure buildings in Woodland Park?

Accepted Answer

This city contains many multi-story corporate office complexes and gated residential communities. You must provide the specific suite number and floor for office deliveries so drivers can clear security desks. For gated properties, include the access code or instructions for the front desk to ensure the driver can enter.

Question 2

How are the flowers delivered given the layout of Woodland Park?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered by local drivers instead of being shipped in boxes. Because many properties in this area have long driveways or are situated within sprawling commercial lots, a recipient phone number is required. Providing the specific building wing or entrance name helps the driver find the correct drop-off point.

Question 3

What happens if the delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient is unavailable at a residential address, we look for a secure porch or a neighbor to accept the flowers. For secured corporate buildings where items cannot be left unattended, we will call the recipient to coordinate a new drop-off. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a substitute of equal value to maintain the style of the arrangement.
