Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the large medical campuses and corporate parks in Wayne?

Accepted Answer

Wayne features expansive medical campuses and multi-wing office parks that require internal routing. Enter the specific building letter, floor, or suite number at checkout so the courier can navigate past central security desks. This information ensures the delivery reaches the correct department rather than being left at a main gate or reception area.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across Wayne’s mix of residential and commercial zones?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate Wayne’s combination of long residential driveways and busy highway frontage roads. Provide gate codes for secured residential properties or specific entry instructions for buildings set back from the main thoroughfare. Hand delivery allows the courier to place the flowers directly with a person or at a secure building entrance.

Question 3

What happens if there are access issues at a gated community or the recipient is not home?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, we look for a covered porch or a neighbor who can accept the item at suburban residential homes. Providing a recipient phone number helps us resolve access delays at gated community entrances or locked office suites. If a specific flower is out of stock, we use a variety of equal value that maintains the style of the arrangement.
