Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to different types of buildings in Garfield?

Accepted Answer

We require a specific apartment number and floor for deliveries to the city’s many multi-family homes and two-family dwellings. For medical complexes or office buildings along the commercial corridors, please include the department or suite name at checkout. These details allow our drivers to find the correct entrance in high-density residential areas where multiple doorbells are common.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential and commercial areas in this city?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the street-level entries and shared porches found throughout the city. We do not use boxed shipping because packages are often misplaced at the common entrances of multi-tenant buildings. Providing a buzzer code or specific instructions for side-door access helps us complete the delivery without delay.

Question 3

What happens if there is an issue with the recipient or the flower selection?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, we attempt to leave the arrangement with a neighbor in the same multi-family building or in a secure foyer. When a specific flower is out of stock, we use a replacement of equal value that matches the shape and color of the original design. Including a recipient’s phone number is the best way to prevent failed deliveries at properties with locked gates or shared entryways.
