Question 1

How do you ensure delivery reaches the correct person in Union City?

Accepted Answer

We deliver directly to the reception desk or concierge in secured residential towers and medical centers. For walk-up apartments and multi-family homes, you must provide the buzzer code and unit number at checkout. These details allow the courier to place the arrangement inside a secure lobby instead of leaving it on a public sidewalk.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the city’s dense layout?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the city's high-density housing and limited street parking. Provide specific gate codes or instructions for buildings with restricted lobby access to prevent delays. This method ensures the flowers are placed directly in the recipient's hands or a managed mail area rather than being shipped in a box.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, we attempt to leave the flowers with a concierge or inside a secure vestibule, as items cannot be left on the sidewalk in this urban environment. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a different variety of equal value that maintains the same look and size. Including the recipient's phone number helps us resolve access issues if the building intercom is not working.
