Question 1

LOCATION CONFIRMATION

Accepted Answer

Many residences in this riverfront town are located above storefronts or inside historic homes converted into multi-unit apartments. Provide the specific unit number and any entry codes for these shared doorways at checkout. These details allow the driver to reach an interior door instead of leaving items on a busy public sidewalk.

Question 2

DELIVERY METHOD

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered because the narrow streets and lack of front porches make boxed shipping unfeasible. Drivers navigate the compact downtown grid to bring flowers directly to the recipient’s door or office desk. Providing instructions for rear-alley entrances or side doors helps avoid delays in these densely packed blocks.

Question 3

EDGE CASES

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver will not leave flowers outside because most buildings open directly onto the street without a private porch. If a specific flower is unavailable, a substitution of equal value is used to maintain the arrangement's overall size and style. Including the recipient’s phone number helps the driver arrange a successful hand-off if the building is secured.
