Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to professional offices and residential complexes in Amelia?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to houses, funeral homes, and the small medical offices located along the main commercial road. You must provide the suite number for offices and the apartment number or building letter for residential complexes. These details are necessary to find the correct entrance in areas where buildings are set back from the street.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered throughout the city's different layouts?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered by a driver rather than sent in a cardboard box. For single-family homes, we deliver to the front door, while gated apartment communities require an entry code or instructions for the central office. Providing these access details ensures the driver can reach the door without being stopped at a perimeter gate.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not there, we leave the flowers in a safe porch area or with a nearby neighbor. If a specific flower is not in stock, we replace it with a similar bloom of the same value. Including the recipient's phone number helps us resolve delivery questions at multi-family properties where access is restricted.
