Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the medical suites and office parks in Withamsville?

Accepted Answer

We deliver directly to the professional medical suites and multi-tenant offices located along the main commercial thoroughfare. You must provide the specific suite number and building letter at checkout so the courier can find the correct entrance within the clustered office complexes. This ensures the arrangement reaches the recipient's desk rather than being left at a general building lobby.

Question 2

Will the flowers be delivered in a box or brought to the door?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to the door and are never shipped in a cardboard box. Our drivers navigate the transition from the high-traffic state route to the narrow, winding residential cul-de-sacs and deep suburban lots. Providing details about long driveways or house numbers that are not visible from the street helps the driver find the porch without delay.

Question 3

What happens if the driver cannot access a property or the recipient is out?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to secured senior living centers or gated residential clusters, providing an entry code or a direct phone number helps the driver clear security checkpoints. If a recipient is not home, the driver will look for a shaded spot on the porch away from the sightline of the busy main roads. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute a bloom of equal value that maintains the same color and scale.
