Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to local medical centers and funeral homes in Newton Falls?

Accepted Answer

We deliver directly to the reception desk of local care centers and the designated floral area of funeral homes. You must provide the specific department name for medical staff or the name of the deceased for services. This ensures the driver finds the correct wing in these smaller, multi-entrance facilities.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential homes and businesses in this community?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered by a driver rather than shipped in a cardboard box. Because many homes in the village center have deep porches or side-entry doors, please specify which entrance is preferred. This helps our drivers place the order in a secure location that is not visible from the main street.

Question 3

What happens if there is an issue with the recipient or the flower selection?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, we will attempt to leave the arrangement with a neighbor or in a sheltered porch area. When a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a stem of equal value that matches the original color palette. Providing a recipient phone number is essential for navigating properties with long driveways or those located along the river where house numbers can be difficult to see.
