Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to hospitals, funeral homes, and businesses in Wayland?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to local community buildings or small professional offices require a specific room or desk name at checkout. Since these buildings often have singular main entrances and limited staff, a direct phone number for the recipient helps the driver locate the correct person. Clear instructions are necessary for properties that have both a main house and secondary outbuildings.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

Flowers are hand-delivered to the doorstep of residential homes or the front desk of local businesses. Because many properties in this area feature long gravel driveways and open-air porches, drivers need to know if there are specific entry gates. Providing these access details ensures the arrangement is placed correctly at the main residence rather than at a roadside mailbox.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient isn't home or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available, the driver will find a secure spot on the porch and notify the recipient by phone. In cases where a specific bloom is unavailable, we substitute it with a flower of equal value to ensure the arrangement remains full. Accurate gate codes or driveway instructions prevent failed deliveries to the many secluded residential lots in the area.
