Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to different types of properties in Clay Center?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries move from the concentrated residential grid to sprawling rural farm properties on the outskirts. Provide the exact driveway placement or mailbox number at checkout for homes set back from the main road. These details ensure the driver identifies the correct house in areas where properties are separated by open land.

Question 2

What is the delivery process for residences in this community?

Accepted Answer

We use hand delivery for all orders because the local layout consists of open-access single-family homes rather than secured multi-story buildings. Drivers bring the arrangement directly to the front door or a designated side entrance. Including specific porch instructions helps avoid delays for properties with large front lawns.

Question 3

How are delivery issues managed if the recipient is not available?

Accepted Answer

For homes in the central residential cluster, we may leave the arrangement with a next-door neighbor if the porch is fully exposed. For outlying rural properties, providing a recipient phone number is required to coordinate a safe drop-off point. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a replacement of equal value that matches the original color scheme.
