Question 1

How are deliveries coordinated for residences and businesses in Millbury?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the front doors of single-family homes and the main desk of small-scale commercial buildings. For businesses located in multi-tenant structures or converted residential offices, provide the specific suite or entrance letter at checkout. These details help the driver identify the correct location among the village's spread-out property layouts.

Question 2

What is the delivery process for homes with large lots or long driveways?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to ensure they reach the door of the residence regardless of the property's size. For homes with deep setbacks or long gravel drives, include notes about preferred drop-off points or gate access codes. This information allows the driver to move past the street-level entrance and reach the actual doorstep.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is away or a specific flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not present, the driver places the order in a sheltered spot on the porch or at a side entrance. If a specific flower is out of stock, we substitute it with a similar variety that maintains the same size and color. Providing a recipient phone number helps the driver navigate properties where the house is not clearly visible from the road.
