Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to different property types in Walbridge?

Accepted Answer

This city has a dense residential grid where houses are located very close to the street. For deliveries to the industrial zones near the railroad tracks or small office clusters, you must provide the specific building letter and entrance location at checkout. These details ensure the driver finds the correct door in areas where multiple businesses share a single access road.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered in this city?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to accommodate the high number of homes with front porches and street-facing doors. The layout of the village allows for curb-side parking, which facilitates direct delivery to the front entrance or a side door. Providing notes about fenced yards or pet gates helps the driver reach the porch without delay.

Question 3

What happens if there is an issue with the recipient or the flower selection?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the driver will leave the arrangement on a covered porch to keep it out of view from the sidewalk. For the small number of multi-unit buildings with locked entries, providing a directory name or door code is necessary to leave the item in a secure lobby. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we substitute it with a flower of the same color and value.
