Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the large office parks and secured buildings in Mount Olive?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to corporate complexes and multi-tenant buildings require a suite number and the name of the department or reception desk. This information allows the driver to pass through security checkpoints or locate the correct building in a large office campus. Providing these details at checkout ensures the flowers reach the correct desk rather than a general loading dock.

Question 2

What delivery method do you use for the different types of properties in this township?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to accommodate the mix of high-density corporate sites and spread-out residential streets with long driveways. Please provide any gate codes or specific entry instructions for properties with restricted access. This manual delivery process ensures the flowers are placed correctly at a front door or office reception area.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not there or a flower is not in stock?

Accepted Answer

If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a similar bloom of the same value. For residential deliveries where no one is home, the driver will leave the flowers in a safe spot near the door and notify the recipient. Including a secondary phone number helps our drivers navigate large-scale commercial zones or homes set far back from the main road.
