Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to professional offices and medical facilities in Flanders?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the professional office parks and sprawling medical campuses throughout the Flanders area. For these locations, you must provide the specific suite number or wing name at checkout so the driver can locate the correct reception desk. These details are necessary to navigate buildings with multiple entrances or restricted-access professional suites.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential areas and large properties in this town?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the long private driveways and setback residential properties common in this suburban layout. Please provide any gate codes or specific instructions for properties that are not easily accessible from the main road. This allows the driver to reach the front door or main lobby rather than leaving the order at a mailbox.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is home, the driver will leave the flowers in a sheltered porch area or with a building receptionist if the property is an office complex. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a replacement that maintains the original color and shape of the arrangement. Including the recipient's phone number helps the driver coordinate access for homes with long driveways or secured professional buildings.
