Question 1

How does delivery work for large local offices and medical facilities?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the multi-wing medical campus or county government buildings, enter the specific department and wing at checkout. These sprawling institutional complexes require more than a room number to find the correct desk. Accurate location details ensure the gift reaches the intended recipient in these large low-rise facilities.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered across the different residential areas here?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate properties ranging from town-center homes to houses on large, wooded lots. Provide gate codes or driveway instructions if the residence is set back from the main road. This information allows for direct delivery to the front door of private or secured properties.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver identifies a sheltered spot on the porch or leaves the flowers with a neighbor. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we use a similar flower of equal value to maintain the design. Including a recipient phone number helps us navigate access at gated driveways or secured senior living entrances.
