Question 1

How will my flowers be delivered to local offices or secured condo buildings?

Accepted Answer

Many residential buildings on this island use secured ground-floor entries or intercom systems. Provide the specific unit number and any entry codes at checkout so the driver can reach the correct floor. These details ensure the delivery is not left at an unattended street-level door.

Question 2

What is the delivery process for homes in this city?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the narrow street layout and properties with high external staircases. Specify at checkout if the home has a ground-level entry or if the driver must walk up stairs to a main deck. A recipient cell phone number helps the driver coordinate access for these elevated properties.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not there or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, the driver will look for a spot behind a ground-level piling or leave the item with a neighbor. If a specific stem is unavailable, we use a similar flower of equal value. Confirming whether the address is on the East or West side of the main avenue prevents delivery errors on these long, narrow blocks.
