Question 1

How does delivery work for medical complexes and gated residential areas in Rio Grande?

Accepted Answer

We deliver directly to the reception desks of medical suites and the main offices of senior living communities. For gated residential properties, provide the gate code or the specific name of the housing complex at checkout. These details allow the driver to navigate through the large parking areas and secured entrances found throughout this commercial hub.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to addresses located off the main highway and commercial plazas?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to ensure they arrive intact at homes and businesses set back from the high-traffic corridors. The driver uses the specific business name or residential house number to locate the property within the sprawling commercial and residential layout. Hand delivery prevents damage that can occur with boxed shipping in this busy transit area.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not there or a certain flower is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is out, we leave the flowers with a neighbor or in a shaded area of a residential porch. If a specific flower is out of stock, we use a substitute of equal value that fits the original size and shape. Providing a working phone number for the recipient helps the driver coordinate entry into the various mobile home parks and retirement communities in the area.
