Question 1

How are deliveries handled for medical centers and administrative offices in Middle Township?

Accepted Answer

This township contains large medical campuses and administrative centers that require precise delivery locations. Include the specific building number, floor, and department name at checkout to ensure the driver reaches the correct desk. For residential addresses, provide entry instructions for homes with long private driveways or gated entrances.

Question 2

What delivery method is used for homes and professional parks in this area?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the township's mix of professional office parks and spread-out residential streets. Provide details on where to park or which entrance to use for properties that sit far back from the road. Direct placement at the door avoids the issues of arrangements being left at distant mailboxes or roadside entrances.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not present, the driver leaves the flowers in a protected spot such as a screened porch or a side door. When a specific flower is out of stock, we provide a substitute of equal value that matches the original design. Providing the recipient's phone number helps the driver manage deliveries to properties with large setbacks or restricted access gates.
