Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the specific types of buildings in Avalon?

Accepted Answer

We deliver directly to residential beach homes, local storefronts, and religious centers across the island. For elevated houses built on pilings, specify if the delivery should go to the ground-level foyer or the main living floor entrance. These details ensure our drivers find the correct door in multi-story coastal structures.

Question 2

Will my flowers be hand-delivered given the local layout?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-carried to the door to manage the challenges of wind and sand on the barrier island. Drivers navigate the specific stairways and gated walkways common to these residential properties. Providing a gate code or identifying a side entrance helps prevent delivery delays at fenced beach-block lots.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If no one is available, we place the arrangement in a wind-sheltered spot like a covered carport or a recessed entry area. If a specific bloom is out of stock, we use a replacement of equal value that matches the original style. Including a phone number for the recipient or a property manager helps us resolve access issues at locked vacation rentals.
