Question 1

Can you deliver to the medical center and the university campus in Alliance?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the regional medical center or the private college campus require a specific building name and room or dormitory number. Because these facilities have restricted floor access or centralized mailrooms, these details allow the driver to reach the correct drop-off point. Including a recipient’s phone number helps the driver coordinate with staff if a unit is restricted.

Question 2

How will my flowers be delivered in this city?

Accepted Answer

All orders are hand-delivered to accommodate the city’s mix of street-front businesses and residential properties with deep setbacks. For homes with long driveways or houses where the front door is not visible from the road, providing specific porch instructions prevents delivery delays. This method ensures the arrangement is placed safely at the primary entrance rather than left at a roadside mailbox.

Question 3

What happens if there is a problem with the recipient or the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, the driver looks for a shaded, secure spot on the property or contacts a neighbor to accept the delivery. For orders at the city's secured senior living complexes or locked downtown office suites, providing an entry code or secondary contact person reduces the chance of a failed attempt. If a specific flower is out of stock, it is replaced with a bloom of equal value to ensure the arrangement is delivered on the scheduled date.
