Question 1

How do you handle flower deliveries to corporate offices and gated estates in Martinsville?

Accepted Answer

For deliveries to the corporate campuses or large residential estates in this area, include the suite number or gate code at checkout. Providing a recipient phone number helps us navigate past security desks or find the correct entrance in a spread-out complex. These details ensure the flowers reach the desk or front door rather than being left at a central gate or lobby.

Question 2

How are flowers transported to residential properties with steep or winding driveways?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to accommodate the winding, steep driveways and set-back houses common in this hilly terrain. We do not use shipping boxes, so the flowers are carried directly to the door. Clear instructions about side entrances or porch locations are necessary if the front door is not easily visible from the street.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or the property is inaccessible?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is not home, we look for a shaded porch or a covered entryway that is protected from the wind on these elevated properties. If a specific flower is unavailable, we use a variety of equal value to complete the order. Providing a gate code or neighbor’s contact information prevents the delivery from being failed if a long driveway is blocked or inaccessible.
