Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to different building types in Morristown?

Accepted Answer

We deliver directly to residential porches, small professional offices, and local clinics. At checkout, provide the exact street address and any specific desk or department names for office deliveries. This detail is necessary because most local properties are detached buildings with separate entrances.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered throughout the local area?

Accepted Answer

Every arrangement is hand-delivered to accommodate the village's residential layout and open-access properties. Drivers navigate the grid-style streets and rural outskirts to place items on porches or at main entryways. Providing instructions for side doors or fenced entries helps ensure the driver finds the best drop-off spot.

Question 3

What happens if there is an issue with the delivery or the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is out, the driver looks for a sheltered porch area or a neighboring home to leave the flowers. If a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a similar variety that matches the original look and value. A recipient phone number is required to help drivers find specific houses on streets where property markers are set back from the road.
