Question 1

How does delivery work for offices and medical buildings in Saint Clairsville?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to the multi-tenant medical complexes and the administrative offices located in the town's center. Provide the specific suite number or department name because many of these buildings share a single public entrance. This information helps our drivers find the correct desk inside these larger professional properties.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential areas in this city?

Accepted Answer

All flowers are hand-delivered to accommodate the variety of steep, winding driveways and narrow street-front properties found here. We do not use shipping boxes or third-party mail services. Include any gate codes or instructions for side-door access if the home is set back significantly from the road.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not available or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, we place the arrangement on a porch sheltered from the wind common to this hilltop terrain. For deliveries to the commercial shopping strips, a direct phone number for the recipient helps us confirm they are in the building. If a specific flower is out of stock, we substitute it with a similar bloom of equal value.
