Question 1

How does delivery work for medical facilities and funeral homes in Shadyside?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to residential addresses, the local funeral parlors, and the medical clinics located along the village’s main thoroughfare. Please provide the specific room number or department for clinic deliveries to help the driver find the correct wing. Precise house numbers are necessary because many homes sit very close together on the numbered grid streets.

Question 2

Are the flowers delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

Flowers are hand-carried to the door rather than shipped in a box. Because many properties in this village have street-front porches and limited setbacks, please specify if there is a preferred side or rear entrance. This helps our drivers navigate the narrow street parking and dense residential layout.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is not home or a flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the driver will leave the arrangement on a sheltered porch or with a neighbor to keep it away from the sidewalk. If a specific flower is not in stock, we substitute it with a bloom of equal value. Providing a recipient phone number helps us manage deliveries to properties with gated alley access or secured entryways.
