Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to the large medical campus and secured apartment buildings in Rahway?

Accepted Answer

Provide the specific building wing and room number for deliveries to the central medical complex to ensure the courier reaches the correct reception desk. For the newer multi-story residential buildings near the train station, include the entrance buzzer code or concierge instructions at checkout. These details allow the driver to navigate security checkpoints and restricted access areas without delay.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to residential homes on the narrow streets of the city center?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to accommodate the city’s dense residential blocks and limited street parking. Because many older homes feature shared driveways or enclosed front porches, specify the preferred drop-off door during checkout. This information helps the courier identify the correct entrance quickly while managing the challenges of tight street corridors.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable at a local office park or gated property?

Accepted Answer

If a recipient at an industrial office site or secured building is not present, the courier will attempt to leave the arrangement with a lobby attendant or security station. Provide a direct phone number for the recipient to help the driver coordinate access to these restricted locations. If a specific flower is unavailable, a similar variety will be substituted to maintain the same dimensions and color palette.
