Question 1

How does delivery work for different types of properties in Hope?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries reach both the concentrated historic center and outlying residential properties on wooded acreage. Provide specific gate codes or instructions for residences with long, unpaved driveways that sit far back from the main road. For small professional offices or commercial buildings, include the suite number or specific entrance location at checkout.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to homes and businesses in this area?

Accepted Answer

Every order is hand-delivered to the recipient's door rather than shipped in a cardboard box. The rural layout requires visible house numbers on mailboxes or at the start of private lanes to ensure the driver finds the correct entrance. For homes located on winding country roads, noting unique property markers helps the driver identify the residence.

Question 3

What happens if there is an issue with the recipient or the flower selection?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, the driver leaves the arrangement in a sheltered area such as a covered porch or at the primary entrance. If a specific stem is unavailable, the florist selects a replacement of equal value that matches the original design style. Providing a phone number for the recipient allows the driver to coordinate access for properties with secured gates or outdoor animals.
