Question 1

How does delivery work for hospitals, funeral homes, offices, or secured buildings?

Accepted Answer

Deliveries to the large-scale distribution centers and commercial warehouses near the interstate require a specific bay or suite number at checkout. For residential properties along the river, provide gate codes or entry instructions for long driveways. These details allow our drivers to reach the correct entrance on the first attempt.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered and how does the city's layout affect drop-offs?

Accepted Answer

Each order is hand-delivered to navigate the winding, wooded roads and long private driveways characteristic of this area. We do not use shipping boxes, which protects the arrangement on steep or unpaved lanes. Include a description of the house color or gate markers to identify the property if the mailbox is set back from the road.

Question 3

What happens if the recipient is unavailable or a specific flower is out of stock?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is unavailable, we do not leave arrangements at the end of long rural driveways or outside secured warehouse gates. We contact the recipient at the number provided to find a secure drop-off point on the property. Including a gate code or secondary contact person reduces the chance of a failed delivery to secluded residences.
