Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to office parks and residential areas in West Windsor?

Accepted Answer

We deliver to reception desks in corporate office clusters and to front doors in residential subdivisions. For office buildings with security checkpoints, provide the suite number and department name so staff can accept the delivery. Residential orders require a clear house number and any necessary gate codes for properties behind perimeter fences.

Question 2

How are flowers delivered to houses and apartments in this township?

Accepted Answer

All arrangements are hand-delivered to navigate the township's mix of wide suburban streets and high-density apartment complexes. This method allows drivers to bypass delays at secure-entry buildings near the transit hub by using your provided buzzer codes. Hand-delivery ensures the flowers reach the front door or lobby desk rather than being left at a remote mail center.

Question 3

What happens if the delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is away, we leave the flowers with a building concierge or in a secure spot on the residential porch. When a specific flower is unavailable, we substitute it with a bloom of equal value in the same color profile. Providing a phone number for the recipient helps us resolve access issues at properties with long private driveways or electronic gate systems.
