Question 1

How do you handle deliveries to different types of buildings in South Webster?

Accepted Answer

Most deliveries in this village go to residential homes with open front porches or small offices near the main crossroads. Please provide the specific building name or desk location for deliveries to local clinics. Accurate house numbers are essential because many properties are set back significantly from the road.

Question 2

Will my flowers be delivered in a box or by hand?

Accepted Answer

A driver hand-delivers your arrangement directly to the door, navigating the low-density residential streets of the village. Because there are no high-rise buildings or complex parking garages here, drivers can usually pull directly into the driveway. Let us know if the property has a long gravel path or a specific porch area for drop-offs.

Question 3

What happens if there is a problem with the delivery or the flowers?

Accepted Answer

If the recipient is out, the driver will leave the flowers in a shaded area, as most homes here lack secured lobbies or apartment buzzers. If a specific stem is not in stock, we use a replacement of equal value that matches the original style. Providing a working phone number for the recipient helps the driver find homes where house numbers are not clearly marked from the street.
